Behind the Baker!

Working with cakes and buttercream first began back in her college days when her pastry lecturer introduced her to this

dynamic area.

After qualifying, Tara spent many years working with highly skilled pastry chefs in long standing

establishments crafting her skills and knowledge. Baking and cakes have always been at the heart of Tara’s busy family

life and always in high demand - she never arrived at a celebration empty handed!

Tara is a highly accomplished baker and has competed at a national level in both cake decorating and piping competitions.

This level off expertise is certainly demonstrated through her highly creative bouquet’s. Tara now specialises in

handmade cupcake bouquets that are suitable for every occasion.
